MemoRama — Terms of use
MemoRama is published by Balzer Consulting (Switzerland) and distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
Apple's standard EULA applies
Use of MemoRama is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By downloading or using MemoRama, you agree to those terms.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Pricing is shown in the App Store at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
Acceptable use
Use MemoRama for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except as permitted by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
Disclaimer
MemoRama is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to ship a stable, useful product, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from defects.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Balzer Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of MemoRama.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
If we update these terms materially, we will revise the effective date and announce the change in the app or on this page.
