ClearDay — Support
We answer support requests personally. The fastest way to reach us is email.
Email support
Write to andy@a-balzer.ch with the subject line ClearDay support. Please include:
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The ClearDay version (visible in the app's settings screen)
- A short description of what you tried, what happened, and what you expected
- Screenshots if relevant
We typically respond within two working days, Switzerland time.
Subscriptions, billing, refunds
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel: open the App Store, tap your profile, and choose Subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page — Apple controls all refund decisions.
Bug reports & feature requests
We read every message. If your bug report includes a screen recording or steps to reproduce, you double the chances of a quick fix. Feature ideas are welcome — we are a small team and prioritise pragmatically.
